1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to participants enrolling in The 4-Week Confidence Challenge Masterclass (“the Masterclass”). By registering for the Masterclass, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Spaces are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
  • Payment must be made via the designated method provided at the time of booking.
  • A receipt of payment will be sent upon confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by the Participant

  • Cancellations made 7 days before the start of the Masterclass will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 6 days before the start will not be eligible for a refund. However, the participant may transfer their place to another individual with prior written notice.
  • Refunds will be issued excluding any bank or transaction fees incurred during the payment process.

Cancellation by the Organiser

  • If the Masterclass is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, participants will be offered a full refund or an option to transfer to a future session.

4. Participation & Conduct

  • The Masterclass is a live, interactive experience, and active participation is encouraged.
  • Participants agree to engage respectfully and professionally with facilitators and other attendees.
  • The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the session or behaves inappropriately. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

  • By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purpose of delivering the Masterclass.
  • Contact details (such as name and email address) will be shared between both facilitators to facilitate communication and programme delivery.
  • Your information will not be shared with third parties beyond those required for the operation of the Masterclass.
  • Participants may request access to, correction, or deletion of their data in line with GDPR regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, content, and resources shared during the Masterclass are the intellectual property of the facilitators and are for personal use only.
  • Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any course materials without prior written consent.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • The facilitators are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or personal injury resulting from participation in the Masterclass.
  • The Masterclass provides guidance and information but does not constitute professional, legal, or medical advice.
